U.S. police are forced to jump girl topless


Pensacola City Council, the oldest in the state of Florida to pay compensation of $ 35 thousand dollars for a teenage girl, after police forced her to jump in the street in front of a bare chest.

According to Reuters report from the police officer Shawn Patrick Shields approached a parked car and found two partially dressed teenagers inside, the officer put the girls (16 years) and men (19 years) in his police car and threatened to arrest them on charges of bringing Adulterous behavior.
The girl told the officer it was suggested that the exercises, a jump topless punishment instead of her, and shined his flashlight in the course of doing jumping exercises.

Shields noted that the officer had submitted his resignation after the incident, under pressure from the authorities and subjected to control for two years.
